Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• Provide training and assist store associates to meet production goals, including product-finishing projects.
• Execute product sales and register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment.
• Aim to achieve store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• Help ensure in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Follow merchandising and food safety protocols and assist with visual merchandising and store projects.
