Job summary

HANG LO LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Child Care to lead program development, oversee staff and scheduling, and foster strong communication with families and the community. You will drive outreach, manage office operations, and implement new strategies for program growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of child development and education, and prior experience managing staff.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Background check.
• TB test.
• CDA or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in education.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team.
• Deep understanding of childcare, child development and education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Create a positive relationship with families, staff, and the community.
• Manage staff expectations and scheduling conflicts.
• Review and approve printed materials, bulletins, and newsletters.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and act in multiple roles as needed.
