The role schedules Monday through Friday full-time, with potential evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on catering needs. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork guides daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant experience
• 3+ years catering experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Organized and capable of multitasking with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage online catering system to create work orders for meal prep, delivery and setup
• Coordinate with guests to understand requirements prior to events
• Transport meals and set up per guest and company standards
• Clean up venue after events and ensure no items remain
• Follow up with guests to confirm overall satisfaction
• Maintain strong time management and organizational skills
• Operate with leadership and supervise team as needed
• Handle some cash and general kitchen duties
