Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver fast, friendly service in a casino dining environment. The role requires clear English, strong guest interaction, and ability to walk, stand, and lift as part of busy service shifts.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
Six (6) months previous customer service experience required and high volume experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Responsibilities

Report to work well-groomed in full uniform and on time with badge on upper left side of uniform.
Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests.
Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language.
Greet all guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner using positive body language.
Attend all necessary meetings and complete opening/closing side work daily.
Review information posted in designated area and maintain a neat, stocked workstation.
Follow all policy and guidelines regarding information security and liquor laws.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional work environment.
