Job summary

Jena Band of Choctaw Tribe casino seeks a Cocktail Server to deliver prompt, friendly beverage service on the gaming floor, maintain bar appearance, and responsibly handle cash and card transactions.

Will describe beverages, use MICROS/POS, and complete shift checklists while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience; casino experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests promptly and take beverage orders.
• Describe beverages and services to guests on the gaming floor.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the bar and manage garnishments.
• Operate MICROS/POS system and follow F&B policies.
• Complete shift opening/closing duties and side work.
