Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, or related field.
• Minimum two years in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• At least one year working with computer systems for data entry and data review.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply program policy and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Makes appropriate connections for job seekers to open positions and placement.
• Help businesses recruit the best applicants for their jobs.
• Interview customers to assess service needs and plan support.
• Develop individual employment plans and referrals to jobs or training.
• Document all customer interactions in casenotes and systems.
• Provide ongoing case management and liaison between customers and providers.
