Quality Roots in Metro Detroit is seeking a highly proactive social media creator who lives on social trends. You will own the full social media presence, create content, identify stories, and collaborate with our stores to grow the audience.

This role is not a desk job; you will travel between locations, film with teams, cover events, and showcase culture.

Qualifications

• Cannabis knowledge and experience REQUIRED.
• Proven experience growing social media accounts.
• Portfolio showing viral or high-performing content.
• Willing to travel between Quality Roots locations.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 10–15 short-form videos each week across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
• Visit all Quality Roots locations to capture authentic, engaging content.
• Develop content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and quickly adapt them for the Quality Roots brand.
• Build relationships with our store teams to create authentic content.
• Monitor analytics and continuously improve performance.
• Help grow our audience, increase engagement, and strengthen our brand presence.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers and creators.
• Work closely with leadership on promotions, product launches, and community initiatives.
