Job summary

Quality Roots is seeking a creative Social Media Content Lead to own our entire social presence across platforms. You will travel between MI stores, filming authentic content, and develop calendars and campaigns that resonate with cannabis communities.

Quality Roots is looking for someone who lives on social media. Not someone who occasionally posts and not someone who schedules content weeks in advance. We're looking for someone who understands what people stop scrolling for. Someone who already creates content that gets attention. Someone who knows how to build a community, recognizes trends before they peak, and can turn everyday moments into engaging content.

What You'll Own

You'll be responsible for the entire Quality Roots social media presence. That means creating the content, finding the stories, staying on top of trends, collaborating with our stores, growing our audience, and helping make Quality Roots one of the most recognized cannabis brands in Michigan.

You'll be traveling between our stores, filming with our teams, showcasing products, covering events, highlighting our culture, and constantly looking for the next great piece of content.
