Job summary

Charter College is seeking a Campus Support Specialist to manage daily campus operations, handle administrative duties, and support all departments by ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

The CSS should have strong customer service skills in person and over the phone, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The role reports to the Campus Manager and is based at the Vancouver campus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years combined experience in business, customer service, education, or sales.
• Some college or degree preferred.
• Data entry and report writing experience required.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, and internet use.
• Must pass an annual driving record check and maintain valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve campus-level requests, questions, concerns, and challenges, or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Open the campus daily and prepare Lync/video rooms for operational use.
• Assist with onboarding new staff, including tours, keys, and administrative setup.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, payroll distribution, and incident reports.
• Support students with grievance processes and route documentation appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
