Guy's Kitchen & Bar in Branson is seeking energetic servers to provide friendly, professional service and support to guests and team members. You will help ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience with efficient steps of service and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Reading and writing abilities used to answer guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of proper steps of service.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Support serving staff, assisting them in ensuring guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
• Clear and clean tables in a timely manner.
• Reset tables according to location specifications.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety.
• Clear all empty tables and set tables for new guests.
• Restock service stations.
• Team members may be required to perform other duties.
