Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Detroit, MI is hiring a part-time Busser at the Detroit Hockeytown Restaurant. You will support the dining room, keep tables clean, check in with management for daily assignments, reset tables, and help count china and linens to ensure smooth service.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and events. Prior bussing or running experience is preferred; no high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and events.
• Experience or training as a Busser or Runner preferred.
• No high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area.
• Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and glasses, and reset tables between courses.
• Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.
• Support in tagging and coordinating table settings with floor staff.
