Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience or training as a Busser or similar role preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Check-in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
• Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and glasses from tables between courses and after guests depart
• Reset tables according to floor plan or management instructions
• Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
