Job summary

L'Anse Creuse Public Schools is seeking substitutes with a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate or the ability to qualify for a Michigan Substitute Permit. You will be auto-assigned to cover teacher absences at the home building and, if needed, may be moved to other buildings within the same level.

Start date depends on permit vs. certification status; pay rates are $135/day or $175/day (half-day options also available).

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Michigan Teaching Certificate or qualify for a Michigan Substitute Permit.
• Available to work the school calendar for assigned building level.
• Auto-assigned to cover Teacher absences at home building.
• May be assigned to work at home building per building needs.
• Board of Education may find alternatives appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities
