Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma; college degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising or related field preferred.
• Entry-level graduates or interns with relevant coursework or project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong social media skills, especially Facebook, with ability to craft engaging promotional content.
• Experience creating social media content and maintaining brand voice is desirable.
• Attention to detail for promos, contests, dates, times and traffic logs is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort with using new technology and project-management tools; Trello experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish social media posts promoting Ozarks First programming and events.
• Write engaging social media copy following the Ozarks First brand.
• Create and schedule social media content, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with promoting contests and supporting content.
• Maintain a consistent Ozarks First presence across platforms.
• Aid marketing campaigns and special projects.
• Gather assets (photos, logos) for promotions and update the website as needed.
• Greet visitors and provide front-desk support and general administrative help.
