Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations in Memphis, TN and surrounding territory. You will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, share brand offerings, collect feedback, and distribute offers.

Prior promotions/retail experience is helpful; tobacco experience not required, just great personality and confidence. Pay is $25 per hour with a Wednesday-Sunday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, or events preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
• Maintain program materials and activation assets professionally.
• Travel throughout the territory to support visits and events.
