2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors in Owensboro, KY to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations. You’ll engage adults, start conversations, share promotions, gather feedback, and travel daily within the territory to build brand experiences.

This role suits energetic people who excel in promotions or customer service. No tobacco experience required; great personality and reliable transportation are essential. Pay is $25 per hour, scheduled Wednesday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
