UFC GYM Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a dynamic Street Team Member to spark excitement, start conversations, and drive QR code scans to promote a Free One-Month Limited All-Access Membership offer.

Role requires engaging with the public at various local venues, representing UFC GYM professionally, and reporting results daily. Must wear the Street Team uniform and use a smartphone for QR verification. Compensation is $17.00 per hour and the franchise location handles onboarding.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently in the field.
• Ability to stand, walk and be active for long shifts in varying weather.
• Smartphone required for QR code verification and shift communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM professionally at marketing locations.
• Engage with the public including families, students, and passersby to generate interest.
• Deliver the conversation script and direct prospects to scan the QR code.
• Respond to objections using approved talking points and stay positive.
• Relocate to a new area to maintain engagement when foot traffic slows.
• Report daily QR scan totals and best-performing locations to management.
