UFC GYM in Edmond, OK is seeking a dynamic Street Team Member to ignite interest at marketing locations, engage families and students, and drive QR code scans for a free one-month offer.

You will represent the brand professionally, relocate within venues to maximize reach, and report daily results to management with feedback from the field. This role requires mobility, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of shifts in varying weather conditions.
• Smartphone required for QR code verification and shift communication.
• Brand representation and safety awareness during fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM professionally at marketing locations and events.
• Proactively engage with the public to drive interest and QR scans.
• Deliver and adhere to the conversation script for the free One-Month offer.
• Relocate to different areas within the location to maximize foot traffic.
• Report daily QR scan totals and feedback to management.
