Job summary

Transcend Creative Group is seeking an energetic Brand Ambassador to represent our automotive client at American Towman 2026 in Baltimore, MD. You will engage attendees, manage guest flow, and support booth operations throughout the event days.

Ideal candidates have prior event-brand experience, strong communication, and the stamina to walk and engage with visitors during high-traffic periods; punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador at large events.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Physical capability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently check in guests using badge scanning and lead capture processes.
• Guide attendees through the experience and provide support as needed; direct guests to OEM representatives.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm, especially during peak traffic periods; coordinate with Booth Manager.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced tradeshow environment while ensuring positive guest interactions.
