Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador for a November engagement in Baltimore, MD to represent our automotive client at a major industry tradeshow. You will engage attendees, assist with badge scanning and lead capture, and guide guests to OEM representatives.

The role emphasizes high energy and teamwork in a fast-paced booth setting, with a 30-minute lunch break and parking reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador at large events, preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Physical capability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently

Responsibilities

• Efficiently check in guests using badge scanning and lead capture processes
• Guide attendees through the experience, providing support as needed
• Direct guests to appropriate OEM representatives based on their inquiries
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm, especially during peak traffic periods
• Collaborate with the Booth Manager for scheduling and break coordination
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while ensuring positive guest interactions
