Job summary

Exos invites a part-time Group Exercise instructor in San Bruno to lead engaging fitness classes, crafting fresh routines and motivating participants with a positive attitude. You will be punctual, collaborative, and flexible, ensuring safe exercise environments in a dynamic studio setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, an accredited certification, and CPR/AED on hand; licensing for branded formats may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engaging group exercise classes for participants.
• Create fresh, innovative routines for sessions and adapt to class needs.
• Be punctual, professional, and motivate others in a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and CPR/AED guidelines observed.
