Job summary

Trinity Drilling & Blasting is seeking a Blasting Laborer to support quarries and construction projects in Pennsylvania and nearby states. The role involves heavy physical work, following safety rules, and assisting with blast hole layout under supervision.

Prime duties include manual material handling, tool use, and ensuring a safe, organized jobsite. You may operate light equipment when qualified, and you are responsible for daily travel to and from sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous labor experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the operator about alignment using hand signals.
• Uses hand tools like shovels, buckets, tape measures, hammers.
• Assists with setting up blast hole layout.
• May operate a skid loader and/or backhoe when qualified.
• Keeps a clean job site and secures tools daily.
• Responsible for daily transportation to the jobsite.
