Responsibilities

• Communicates with the operator about alignment or adjustment of materials or equipment by using hand signals.
• Uses hand held tools like shovels, buckets, tape measures, hammers, etc.
• Assists the Supervisor with setting up blast hole layout.
• When qualified, may operate a skid loader and/or backhoe.
• Helps to maintain a clean job site by picking up all tools and equipment to secure the job site each day.
• Responsible for daily transportation to and from the jobsite.
