Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related science.
• Experience with Unix/Linux command line is required.
• Familiar with Illumina or 10X Genomics libraries preferred.
• Experience with common bioinformatics software for NGS data analysis.
• Experience with large-scale biological datasets and HPC; AWS is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Data QC of NGS sequencing data.
• Bioinformatic analysis of NGS data, including bulk RNA and scRNA.
• Custom bioinformatic analysis and report generation.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize analysis pipelines.
• Organize and maintain experimental records and lab procedures.
• Communicate with customers and team members.
