Job summary

Watkins Distributing, a family owned beverage distributor serving Idaho and Montana, is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure our products are stocked, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route.

You will travel to grocery stores and other outlets, replenish shelves and displays, install signage, and work independently across multiple locations including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work without on-site supervision.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Enjoys an active, moving-around role and outdoors/customer-facing work.
• Prefers a flexible, dynamic position, not a traditional 9-5 office job.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide array of beverage products safely and efficiently.
• Replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backstock with beverage products.
• Rotate products to comply with expiration dates and freshness standards.
• Build, maintain, and dismantle branded promotional displays and endcaps.
• Install signage, decals, and promotional point-of-sale materials.
• Safely handle manual equipment (hand trucks) for lifting and transporting beverages.
• Drive a company or personal vehicle between stops.
• Follow directions from the sales representative and merchandising supervisor.
