Job summary

Watkins Distributing, a family-owned beverage distribution company serving Idaho and Montana, is hiring merchandisers. You will travel between grocery stores and beverage outlets to ensure products are stocked, displayed, rotated, and promoted according to planograms.

Responsibilities include replenishing shelves, building displays, installing signage, and safely handling cases. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Enjoys an active role with movement and varied tasks.
• Able to adapt to a flexible, dynamic schedule.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in shelves, coolers, displays and backstock.
• Build and dismantle branded promotional displays and endcaps.
• Install signage and point-of-sale materials.
• Safely handle manual equipment and lift/move cases 20–30 lbs.
• Travel between stops and work across multiple retail locations.
• Follow directions from sales reps and merchandising supervisor.
