Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic bartender to join our team in Omaha. Bring at least 1.5 years of bartending experience and a passion for wine to provide friendly, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

You will use Toast POS to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy while keeping the bar area clean and inviting. Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service and respond positively to guest feedback to create memorable experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Please bring at least 1.5 years of bartending experience.
• Candidates who are passionate about wine and eager to expand their knowledge are strongly preferred.
• Be knowledgeable about our food, beverages, and service steps to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service, making guests feel valued and cared for.
• Use our Toast point‑of‑sale system to efficiently take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Stay detail‑oriented, organized, and dedicated to keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, offering help in other areas when needed.
• Respond to guest feedback with a positive attitude, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
