Job summary

Xfinity Live! in Orlando, FL is seeking a energetic Bartender to join our high-volume bar team. You will mix cocktails, pour wine and beer, take guest orders, and ensure smooth service while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in busy bars or nightclubs, fluent English, strong communication skills, and a customer‑focused mindset. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience bartending at high-volume bars/nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, garnishments.
• Formal bartending training preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Communication skills are utilized frequently when interacting with guests and staff.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local/state government.
• Reading and writing abilities used when taking orders and completing paperwork.
• Mathematical skills, including basic math, used frequently.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
• Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or guests.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
• Be well-versed in products to guide the guest experience and upsell items.
• Check guests’ identification to ensure legal drinking age.
• Present and promote current promotions to guests.
• Accurately record and account for all items ordered and secure payment from guests.
• Record tips as outlined in company policies.
