Job summary

New Holland Brewing Company in Holland, MI seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional service and great experiences for guests. You will work with a great team, earn competitive pay, and enjoy perks like $2 beers and a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, and engaging with guests. Friday–Sunday availability is a must, with opportunities to grow skills and earn great money.

Qualifications

• Must have previous high-volume bartending experience.
• Friday–Sunday availability is required.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money.
• Cicerone, Barsmarts and ServeSafe certified, or ability to certify within 90 days of employment.
• Standing for up to 10 hours and ability to lift up to 100+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Set up bar with fresh juice, ice, garnishes and fruit for garnish.
• Greet guests and recognize regulars including Fairbanks Society members and NH investors.
• Maintain bar stock, glassware, garnishes and sanitation.
• Describe New Holland products and menu items using internal resources.
• Follow all laws and best practices of alcohol service.
