Dave & Buster's in Tulsa is hiring to deliver an unparalleled Guest experience with fast, friendly service in a busy, high-energy environment. You’ll take orders, assist in bar and dining, handle POS transactions, and engage guests to ensure a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.
• Take accurate orders, handle Micros transactions, and ensure correct charges and change.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team members while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and keep the station clean and organized.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by checking back after service and addressing needs promptly.
