Libertytrusthotel in Downtown Roanoke is seeking a friendly, professional hospitality teammate to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare and serve beverages, take orders, handle payments, and work closely with the team to ensure accurate service, upholding safety guidelines and sanitation standards, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills and comfortable handling cash.
• Ability to follow policies and responsible service guidelines.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve beverages accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Provide welcoming, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout their visit.
• Take and process orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
• Check identification and follow all legal, safety, and responsible service guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu offerings, and promotional items.
• Handle payments accurately and support smooth guest transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as needed.
• Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.
