Qualifications

• Must have bartending experience in a high turnover restaurant.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry 20+ lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Know the food and drink menus in detail.
• Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.
• Complete side work associated with your bartending/serving responsibilities.
• Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience.
• Follow house cocktail recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Know how to open and close the bar.
• Show up to all shifts on time and ready to work.
