Brandt Hospitality Group in Beaverton, OR is seeking friendly bartenders who craft drinks to guest preferences and deliver memorable service in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet guests, take orders, mix cocktails, handle payments, maintain clean bars, and work with hotel teams to ensure a top-notch guest experience. Prior hospitality experience and knowledge of safety regulations are helpful; a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations.
• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding drinks, food, and service.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
• Present and serve beverages to guests.
• Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests and to perceive when meal has been completed.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
• Clear and reset counters and tables at conclusion of each guest.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shift, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Stock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Work with the hotel team to create and deliver a memorable service experience for guests.
