Dave & Buster's is seeking friendly team members to deliver an unparalleled Guest experience with fast, attentive service in a lively setting. You will take orders, manage drink and food orders in Micros, and contribute to a warm atmosphere while upholding sanitation standards.

Flexible scheduling supports school or other jobs; prior restaurant or bar experience is a plus but not required. 18+ age, English communication, and a neat appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment.
• Keeps supervisor promptly informed of problems or significant matters; suggest alternatives.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team members.
• Adheres to sanitation procedures.
• Handle cash, operate Micros correctly, and balance at shift end.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately and promptly into Micros.
• Maintain station cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Greet Guests and take orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate menu details and answer questions about foods and drinks.
