LBA Hospitality is hiring a Bartender to join the on-site team and create a welcoming guest experience. You will prepare and serve high‑quality beverages, check IDs, and handle payments while ensuring a clean, organized bar area aligned with brand standards.

The role emphasizes guest service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to safety regulations. Prior bar experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and daily-pay options in some locations.

Qualificações

• Must meet the minimum legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Experience in food-and-beverage desired; hotel/restaurant background preferred.
• Food-handler and responsible alcohol-service certifications preferred at hire or later.
• Friendly, dependable, and able to communicate effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages per recipes and brand standards.
• Verify IDs and follow alcohol-service laws and company policies.
• Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests.
• Process charges and tips accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain bar supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, stocking, and other side work as needed.
• Ensure guest questions are answered professionally and promptly.
