Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Bartender to join our on-site beverage team. You will prepare and serve drinks, engage guests, and ensure efficient order flow while upholding brand standards.

We offer a quarterly bonus, PTO/holidays, 401k with employer match, option to be paid daily with DailyPay, hotel discounts, and competitive wages. On-site shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages per recipes and brand standards.
• Verify identification and follow alcohol service laws.
• Provide menu recommendations and promote featured items.
• Process charges, payments, and gratuities using POS.
• Maintain bar supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Open/close bar, stock, and perform side work.
• Assist with food preparation and service when needed.
• Respond professionally to guest questions or concerns.
• Follow safety procedures for food, alcohol, and security.
• Maintain required certifications for service.
• Perform other duties as trained.
