Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing outstanding guest service. You will handle transactions, keep workstations clean, and follow all safety and ID-check policies to ensure responsible service.

The role requires knowledge of bartending principles, a passion for trends, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes and trends.
• Able to obtain required alcohol service certifications.
• Excellent hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys fast-paced environments.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels.
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensures security of company assets.
