Job summary

Concourse Bowling Center in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Bartender to serve classic and contemporary drinks for bowlers, party groups, and late-night guests. You will create a welcoming bar atmosphere and read the room to keep guests engaged.

Responsibilities include mixing cocktails, monitoring guest consumption, handling orders and payments, and coordinating with cafe and floor staff during events.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Valid California alcohol service certification (RBS).
• Valid California food handler certificate.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with guests, make recommendations, and deliver a great bar experience.
• Monitor guest consumption and serve responsibly in compliance with ABC regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Process drink orders and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with cafe and floor staff during events and high-volume nights.
