Crush Lounge, part of Pacific Hospitality Group, is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. The role centers on preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, and delivering a welcoming experience, with potential table service on busy nights.

The position pays $16.90 per hour. You’ll work with a friendly team in a bowling lounge setting and have opportunities to support bar operations, events, and promotions while upholding responsible service standards.

Qualifications

• Has previous bartending or relevant food and beverage experience.
• Has basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Is comfortable taking both food and beverage orders.
• Is comfortable providing table service when scheduled or needed.
• Provides warm, professional, and attentive guest service.
• Understands responsible alcohol service and ID-verification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
