Doughboy Restaurant Group is hiring an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience in Oak Brook, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bartending experience, strong mixing skills, and a positive attitude.

This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. You will be responsible for mixing drinks, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• 2 years of bartending experience required.
• 1 year of serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers' identification.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
