Job summary

Pure Barre Mansfield is seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience.

Responsibilities include teaching a minimum of five classes per week across various times, preparing choreography, learning quarterly updates, and maintaining a high-energy, tidy studio environment. A 4-day training and home study precede teaching, with opportunities for advancement and growth.

• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required).
• All instructors are required to complete a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes
• Minimum one-year commitment to teaching required before attending 4-day training

Responsibilities

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class
• Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
• Assist with keeping the study tidy
• Lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required
