Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a Fitness Instructor to lead a Pure Barre experience for up to 20 participants per class. The role requires teaching a minimum of five classes weekly across various peak times, with dedicated preparation and ability to learn quarterly choreography changes.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and committed to ongoing training, with a background in dance, fitness, cheer, or barre concepts preferred.

• Willingness to complete 4-day corporate training and study at home.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 20 participants per class.
• Minimum 5 classes per week including early mornings, middays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Plan and prepare choreography and class structure before each session.
• Learn full choreography changes quarterly.
• Maintain studio tidiness and assist with setup and cleanup.
