Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking dynamic, high-performing instructors to join our studio team in High Point, NC. As a Pure Barre Teacher you will guide clients through 50-minute classes, manage front desk tasks, and support fitness goals in a welcoming environment.

You'll need to teach at least five classes per week, maintain safety standards, and embody the Pure Barre brand while helping grow memberships and retail. CPR certification and initial 4-day training are required before teaching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Ability to motivate and lead a room of 20+ participants.
• CPR/AED certification required; certification training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead 50-minute classes with choreography and safety in mind.
• Learn class choreography changes quarterly and implement education standards.
• Maintain studio tidiness and equipment safety.
• Assist with front desk tasks and process transactions; promote memberships and retail.
• Attend operational meetings and participate in events to promote the studio.
