Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a part-time on-call Banquet Server for the Snowmass property during Winter 2026-27. This role involves setting up, serving, and breaking down events with prompt, courteous service of food and beverage to guests.

Reports to the Restaurant Manager and supports banquets and outdoor functions in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of serving or related experience, and knowledge of beverages; TIPS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of serving, bartending or food and beverage experience required.
• TIPS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guests' requests in a warm, friendly professional and efficient manner
• Maintain positive communication with kitchen personnel
• Serve guests food and beverage according to standards
• Set tables and check table setup according to standards
• Maintain the proper care and cleanliness of serving equipment
• Reset function rooms and perform side duties assigned by the banquet supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
