Sunriver Resort is seeking a Banquet Server to support all banquet events and related food and beverage operations on site. You will follow procedures for handling, cleaning and sanitation of equipment and maintain AAA Four Diamond Standards.

Responsibilities include delivering meals, offering product knowledge, and providing outstanding guest service while staying informed about resort amenities and events. A positive, professional demeanor is a must.

Qualifications

• Six months customer service experience preferred.
• High School Education required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Performs guest contact activities such as serving food and beverage in a cordial, efficient, professional manner.
• Delivers food and beverage items to guests.
• Offers product knowledge of food and beverage to guests.
• Provides general resort information for guests.
• Upsells other resort services and amenities to guests.
• Communicates all pertinent information to the banquets team.
