Job summary

Sustainable Staffing Inc. is seeking a Website Content Coordinator in Walworth, WI to support weekly auctions. You will process consignments, enter and maintain auction data, and prepare item descriptions and photos for online listings.

You’ll register bidders, assist customers, and travel to auctions and collection sites as needed. The role involves 25–40% travel and occasional weekends, with a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and data entry abilities.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate across departments.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel for several days at a time when required.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds or more occasionally and perform extended periods of computer work, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Work with consignors to collect information, documentation, and contracts for sale.
• Write accurate and engaging descriptions for auction items; conduct research as needed.
• Enter and maintain customer, consignment, inventory, and auction data using computer systems and Excel.
• Review contracts and paperwork; collect payments and maintain records.
• Load, organize, and process images for listings using Lightroom or Photoshop.
• Register bidders and respond to customer questions with high-quality service.
• Perform physical inventory, tag items, and enter inventory data into systems.
• Assist with shipping and receiving administration as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve questions.
