Qualifications

• 2+ years of client representation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for admin staff relating to client invoicing/billing records
• Prepare legal documents for clients (briefs, motions, pleadings, correspondence)
• Advise clients by weighing options toward a successful outcome and plan actions
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions
• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies
