Life Time Inc. is seeking an Athletic Reformer Instructor to deliver high-quality reformer-based classes that build strength, stability, and confidence in a safe, supportive setting. You will engage with members before and after sessions and promote Life Time programs to broaden participation.

The role requires knowledge of anatomy, reformer techniques, and the ability to guide participants through modifications while maintaining Life Time’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year fitness instructor experience
• Experience teaching group formats
• Knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
• Aerobic activity capability for class duration
• Lift 50-100 pounds regularly
• Perform athletic reformer-based training
• CPR/AED certification
• Must hold NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA cert or comparable
• Comprehensive Reformer Pilates certification (for Reformers role)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality athletic reformer-based classes.
• Build connections with members and create welcoming environment.
• Provide clear instruction on form and movements.
• Maintain clean, organized studio space.
• Select energizing, brand-appropriate music.
• Promote Life Time programs and classes to members.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of athletic reformer format.
• Educate members on Signature Membership value and support sales.
