Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from exam through treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on high-quality care and patient education.

The position offers a generous compensation range of $150,000–$250,000 USD annually, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, continuing education, mentorship, equity opportunity, and potential for unlimited earnings.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care and perform necessary procedures.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and ongoing education.
