Job summary

You will manage timelines, prepare presentations, handle quotations and orders in Oracle, and maintain records and pricing files. On-site, Monday–Friday, 1–3 years in sales support preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Track buyer requests and follow up items from meetings.
• Maintain a project tracker for open account initiatives.
• Follow up with internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage product development timelines through final delivery.
• Prepare buyer presentations and status recaps.
• Communicate with buyers on orders, samples, and updates.
• Process quotations, purchase orders, and order entry in Oracle.
• Maintain account records, pricing files, and reports.
